Lisa Stubbs

Ex-HR Director & Chief of People Strategy, turned Business Coach. 

 

She has always thrived on connecting with people and guiding them to success. Her journey began in consulting, evolved through leading L&D and people teams, and she even picked up a few awards along the way. 

 

Part of scaling a tech startup from 5 to 1800 employees was a wild ride that steered her toward coaching, and she is certified by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

 

Inclusion matters deeply to her, shaped by her early years as a child carer and now as a working Mum. She’s all about building environments where everyone's story is valued and supported. 

Debbie Palmer

Former Marketing and Brand Development Specialist and Mum of teen.

 

Debbie has always been energised by fostering relationships and nurturing growth in others, supporting people, and creating environments in which they can thrive. She is used to working in fast-paced sectors including FMCG, creative agencies, and tech.

 

She has always taken an instinctive approach towards coaching and deeply believes in its unique value. 

 

Her strength is supporting people to perform through periods of challenge, stress, or change. She thrives when working with organisations that see potential in everyone.

 

In her free time, you'll find her enjoying outdoor walks, spa days, and musicals at the theatre.

Hel Straker

Talent strategist, DEI specialist and joyful AuDHDer.

Hel has dedicated her career to creating employee experiences that are inclusive of those who experience the world differently. 

After being diagnosed as autistic in 2019 (and ADHD in 2022), Hel narrowed her focus to supporting neurodivergent employees to create fulfilling and joyful work experiences for themselves, from accessing reasonable adjustments to thriving as neurodivergent leaders.

As an accredited ADHD Works coach, and trainer and content creator, Hel aims to celebrate, advocate and normalise the AuDHD work experience. Because when neurodivergent people have access to what they need to be successful at work, everybody wins.
